There is one 60 hour class you have to take which can take you between 5 and 10 weeks to complete depending upon the school you choose. Upon successfully completing the course you will have to pass a background check and pass 2 multiple choice exams at a state testing facility. Upon passing the exams you can pay for your license and go to work with a real estate broker in CT. Total time is approximately 2 to 4 months depending on your choices. I have some recommendations that can keep it to the shorter side.
You have to do 60 hrs of class time then you can take the school pretest and if you pass that examine and you can take the state test and pass with 70. The course cost $525.00 and includes all materials.
