They use refined peanut oil, which is usually safe for people with peanut allergies. My boyfriend is extremely allergic to peanuts, but can eat Goldburgers' fries with no problems. We discovered peanut oil is safe for him after years of eating Chick-fil-A, not knowing that entire time that Chick-fil-A cooks with peanut oil. When we finally learned they use peanut oil, we realized it has never triggered his allergies at all.
They make the BEST fries. Also, many people allergic to peanuts are not allergic to peanut oil.
