Why is it No one answers the phone ,my wife and I are calling for weeks now making over 20 calls .Management need to look into this .My wife got approval from her insurance but cannot get to speak to anyone to make an appt for the procedure.

They need to close that office

Yes impossible by phone but if you go to the website for the text number they will answer. I ended up texting after repeated calls for 5 hours and within the hour they called me good luck

Yeah...its pretty much impossible to get an answer on the phone...and they never return calls if you leave a message. I know it sucks but you're better off going in person to make an appointment.
