Dress code during winter? I would probably be wearing a Columbia snow jacket. Is it allowed that kind of clothes?

I went afterwork 6pm on a Friday and wore sneakers. I also did brunch on Saturday and wore jeans with sneakers. Never been during winter months...may want to call
