im 16 and my friend 17 can we go and eat something ? if we can is there a time ? also is it open during covid ?

Yes, they are open during covid. Minors between 18-20 are permitted to enter only during our brunch hours on Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-4PM as long as they are being escorted by a parent.
