Does the rooftop count as outdoor seating or do you still need a covid vaccine to be seated

Yeah, all the rooftop is outdoors. I went the week of October 10th when it wasn't too busy (just after happy hour), and they were only checking IDs, no vaccine card required. There's an indoor dining room, but who wants to be in there when they have such an impressive rooftop

We had to show ID and vaccine card to be allowed in the building to take the elevator up to the rooftop bar. Not sure if they would let someone in the building without it, regardless of intended outdoor seating.
