You can take any train that takes you to Atlantic Station in Brooklyn. The 2, 3, 4, 5, R or N and walk a few blocks from there.
It's also close to Atlantic/Barclays center where the 2,3,4,5,R,N,D,Q and B trains are. Exit near Flatbush and Ashland Place, then walk 2 blocks down Ashland.
