The New York City Health Department asks for a fee for Sexual Health Clinic services given to adults (age 19 and over). If you want to use your health insurance to pay for the visit, your insurance plan will be billed. If you do not have health insurance or do not want your insurance billed for the visit, you will be asked to pay a sliding scale fee based on your family size and yearly income. If you do not have health insurance or cannot pay the sliding scale fee, you can still get services.
