Lynn the exam depends on what you do.. I guess. My insurance covered it. I was extremely satisfied. I got a whole medical exam and got dilated which is optional.
I've, too, have never had an eye exam--I've only purchased glasses which I'm satisfied with. Price depends on what you select, but about $150 is a good approximate.
I only buy glasses there. Around $150 depending on what frame you want.
