No, just walk in but make sure to carry a valid state issued ID or passport with you. Also, carry cash because there are no card machines.
No appointment, you do need a valid ID ETC and cash only, and 9am till close is for basically everyone who isn't medical related
I did all the outside construction work for 3 weeks before Big day it opened publicly, but people had out of state plates that were going in to get it medically prescribed before then...so they may take out of state ID if have something stating you live in nj...hope that helps
