No. You can only reach the lounge if you have a flight. You can purchase a one day pass given that you meet certain criteria. Not really an appropriate place for a young child.

If u flight international and u r gold status, u can go in for free. But if u just want to go in by paying, it's actually quite expensive, dont quote me.... I think is about 79 I would say just go terminal a or b, there is a Chick-fil-A there unless u landed on sunday.

You can pay for a one time customer, but Delta now only let's you in if you have a Delta flight that same day
