They suggest at least 3-4, however, they will accommodate and possibly recommend the best adventure for you.
I agree the more the merrier!
I think it would be fine if they let you. Just know that some of the puzzles are really hard so having more people just gives you a better chance at solving all the puzzles before the time is up.
