Yes, sushi and other items like teriyaki shrimp and salmon. They have a lunch and dinner menu, the dinner menu has more items. Last time we went, my teenage son ate over 30 sashimi and's the server was impressed and teasing him.

Yes they have 2 different menus. One for a la carte and one for the all you can eat. They are really fast about getting it out too.
