Ive seen em do it. But if not on time and a walk in comes in they take them.
They have a check in system, download their application through the Google Play Store.
In my experiences they do. You have to check in online 15-20 mins before you get there.
They actually do online appointments. I have never downliaded the app for it but they do do online appointments. Just go to playstore and dienliad great clips app.
