Has anyone ever purchased and had tires installed on your vehicle at Walmart? If so, how would you rate the service and quality of the tires?

I have never had my tires serviced at a Wal-Mart but I understand from others folks I know who have used Walmart for tires that they provided good service.

My service started out good but then I start having problems . My tire start losing air on the left side driver side front . I took it to the Gas Station ,where they informed me that the tires wasn't sealed . He told me to take the tires back to where I,had purchased them that where the nite mare begined. I waited approximately an hour to be seen , finally the manager was called another wait , when the manager came on the scene , it seem as thought , he brought his attitude with him . Oh ! I brought the warranty also I couldn't believe the treatment l received . i recieved courtesy that mounted up to I will not say but awful is putting it mildly . this happened approximately 3 years ago . I just pray I never have to go before those two persons again .

Tires were pretty good, customer service was okay, wait time was long. Although the wait was long, I think it was about the same as most places, including a dealership.

I have purchased over the last 3 years tires from here. I call first to check prices and availability, then come in early for service. I purchased the warranty and when needed was prorated for one tire for a great rate. They staff was friendly and the service was good. It took about 2 hours or less and I walked around the store until they called. I have been satisfied.

It is truly a crapshoot.....I had an acceptable experience but they couldn't even get my sons tires off to put snow tires on and his car is only a year old in excellent condition..my brother says no as profit margins AND expertise slimmer than at tire store.

Good service but had to wait 2 weeks for tires I ordered online cuz they sold the tires that came in for me. Would do tires again, although I would stress the fact that I ordered first.
