Hi Benjamin, 18 is the magic number young man. Its wonderful that you want to show independence however, as parents we are responsible for our children until they reach specific ages. All will be well and just think, parents know what to look for so if anything seems suspicious, they'll catch it to ensure your safety. 😊
The truth is....if you have been a consistent patient of CNMC, your physician may wave your age and allow treatment up to 21. The initial visit would need to be with a parent, for paperwork purposes. But we have young patients 14 or 15 and up who make their scheduled appointments by themselves.
