There can be no call to action on public access television. Basically meaning you can't instruct anyone to go and purchase anything. Also in some instances you can't even make a recommendation about something that you enjoy because they consider that an endorsement

It is a public access network so the appearance has to be more focused on information as opposed to garnering sales. For example, you can serve as a subject matter expert and your business affiliation will be mentioned in your introduction but you cannot advertise your specific services
