Yes. ALL Montgomery County libraries are interchangeable for returns AND checkouts (you can use your card at ANY MC library, regardless of which one issued it to you) In fact, if you search their website and the book you want is at a different branch, with just a few clicks they'll transfer it to your local branch then hold it for you to pick up! <3
Yes returns can be made to any Library branch and I can check items out at any branch in the county.
