The Snack Bar is open 7 am to 8 pm Monday - Saturday. Breakfast is served 7 am to 1030 am. The Salad Bar and Hot Food cases close at 7 pm, grill is open till 8 pm.
I know it closes at 7pm, they serve breakfast so I would assume it opens at 7am.
I was only there once and do not know the hours. I would check to see if they have a website, that might tell you.
