Most calls go to the front desk. If they're busy it's difficult to answer. And depending on times there is not always someone at the front desk if there is an issue with a machine.
Pretty crappy not to have the ability to answer phones!

They have a pretty informative website that should answer most of your questions... Or try calling when they first open up in the morning.
Busy
The phones for all Dave and busters ring to the front desk. So if they are busy with customers they cant pick up the phone
