Abbey Carpet installed plank tile in my home beginning January 3rd, 2019, ending August 22nd. Almost 8 months of my home being in shambles because they couldn't get the tile right. I have given them plenty of chances to compensate. Do I have a case?

Rhonda Vickers, It doesn't take that long to tile a whole house. Ask your attorney. I would of fired them but had all the time and grout left at your house.

I don't think so, if they weren't performing to your satisfaction, you should have fired them. I think if you allowed them to carry on then at some level you must have been satisfied.
