Leashed if i remember rite but really not much for a doggo to do there but jump in the lake
Yes, but the dog must be leashed. The park is right next to a busy highway and you wouldn't want it to run out in traffic. And, please, clean up after it. I've seen plenty of evidence that many people don't.
Actually there is a no dogs allowed sign there now
