It says on their website that they have a "no haggle pricing policy" so does this mean they are not willing to negotiate? Also, what kind of extra/hidden fees did anyone encounter? Thank you.

Correct they do not negotiate. Straight up with all the fees when I was there. I had no problems. They're fantastic to work with. Igor helped me.
