A suit would not be overkill, but jeans are fine as well.
Suit would be absolutely fine. I would only cautiom if you go casual, go upscale casual.

No, you CAN wear a suit in there. A lot of folks do It's a nice place. Nice casual attire is fine too. Its a mixed croud, but a suit would NOT be " out of place".

I believe since it is such an elegant restaurant, casual, business casual and/or a suit would be acceptable attire. I have been there several times, I choose to wear business causal
