Needed a speaker fixed but they and I quote "don't do anything with car audio" .... Even if you remove the speaker to bring it in. Makes no sense. A speaker is speaker.

Just Audio specializes in repair and restoration of legacy older-than-dirt stereo components and systems. They repaired my Pioneer amp and tape deck (35 years old). They can also repair the big ancient speakers. They are booked solid and are a niche specialty shop.

The voice coil probably has to be replaced And that is the case you may as well just go and buy a new speaker

Well if they say no, then go to a junk yard and get one to match. The only thing they can do with that speaker would only be wiring. The rest comes from the factory already soldered and complete. Just change it out for a new speaker.
