Couple weeks for me, it was on time per their estimate. I had a Bose surround sound system that they fixed and it's still working like new.
I have an Integra 7.1 home theater system which they repaired, but a couple weeks later I started having problems with it. I took it back and they have had it for several weeks now.
I dropped off my Sansui Power Amplifier B3000 series (dual voltage), because the right side indicator meter was fading in and out and affecting the sound quality. It took approximately a month and few days because of a technical glitch due to fault of theirs. Once it was identified, it was quickly rectified and I got back my power amplifier like it was brand new. Just Audio is staffed with quality technicians that conduct themselves in a professional way. I'll definitely recommend their services to anyone the cares.
I dropped off a turntable about 2 weeks ago at which time they said they were 3 weeks out from "putting it on the bench". I should hear from them by next Monday. Then, who knows what they'll find, or how long, to address your question, but it's a good turntable. They said it'd be worth it. Reaffirmed my commitment to always buy quality products.
About 30 days but they are Good
