Is the restaurant open? I called 1PM no answer. Is it still take out only or can you now eat inside?

I played golf last week there and my partner bought a drink there at the restaurant but no sign of customers eating.

Dine in and carryout are both available and the restaurant is open until 4pm today. The servers may have been busy running food. Apologies for the missed call.
