Yes I have problems at McDonald's at times and when I do I called the company and let them know so they can take care of the problem they need to crack down on the management at McDonald's I agree with that
That's truly unfortunate, it's always a let down to receive bad customer service from any business. I suggest you should fill out a survey and explain your experience today, this way the attention is being brought to district managers and customer service representatives.
