During the driving test for the 2-point turn (back in parking) are there cement blocks in front of the cones like at the Belair branch? I'm retaking my test cause my license expired and I actually failed at the Belair branch. Help please....

I'm sorry that I do not know that answer and I am sure it is not on the mva.maryland.gov website. You might try looking thru some of the posted photos from Google Local Guides or maybe even look at Google Earth. Your best bet is not to worry about if it is or isn't. You just need to practice as if it is. Make yourself a similar set-up and practice with the vehicle that you are going to use (preferably short with a backup camera). While practicing, shorten the cone distance an inch or two each time you do it correctly That way, when you actually take the test, the parking area will seem HUGE. Best of luck on your next try.
