No you have to go online to realID.com and enter your license number then if it says yes you can hit the link to set up an appointment they Will have the closest options for location available I went yesterday you need your birth certificate no from the hospital you were born at but the one that they now issue from the state, social security card, and licence is what they stated was fast because you can go to the one of your choice the only drawback was that she wanted two forms of ID with a picture I told her that's not what the appointment information stated so she made me go to my car and get my current registration the process was fast.
