If you are real id compliant then you can go to any self service kiosk or mva branch. Branch service requires an appointment. No walk ins at this time. If not real id compliant then you'll need an appointment, birth certificate or current passport, social security card, and two pieces of mail with your correct address.
If you are real ID compliant then you can order a replacement online or on the kiosk. If not, you have to make an appointment to bring in your documents and get a replacement. U can check your real ID status on the mva website.
