I have an appt to change my tags and licenses Return to State. Someone told me I will have to fill out Form VR-18 and form VR-008. Can' I get someone to send me these forms? Do I need to complete them at the DMV?

They should be available there but you can down load from the MVA website. I don't see a way to attach anything to this message
