Yes the MVA is open but you would need to call and make an appointment...there are no walk ins
Go to the website: https://mvascheduling.mva.maryland.gov/ Click on "Renew my license.." and schedule an appointment. Then read from the list(s) the items you will need to take to get your "Real ID". It is quick and painless to renew as long as you have all the documents. Wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines. They get you in and out and you will get your new card mailed to you. The employees there are very friendly and helpful.
