I mean it doesn't seem that hard to be a DJ in the smaller part of the club. They seem to just mix some popular hip hop and club jams. But you'd still probably need a good track record with some of the smaller clubs around the strip or anywhere really. But if you're trying to play in the main room, you'd have to be a well known DJ or a upcoming producer that's gaining a following. First thing they're probably going to look at is Instagram following and other social media presence with a following of at least 10k.
For the main event, yeah, Mauricio is absolutely correct. The opening DJ, when I attended the club was decent - but waaaaay to anxious to rotate through music with a new song being cut in every minute.. so, learn how to match beats and suffer from a severe case of A.D.D. and you might be able to get a gig as the opening act.
