Can I bring food through security?

Sealed cans and bottles are not permitted. Other liquids like soups will not be accepted. Prepackaged dry good like chips, peanuts, etc are typically permitted. Clear packaging always helps. (Plan extra time in the event that items are searched.)

I try not to bring anything through that will cause a hold up. Food is over priced but not to bad.

I had my usual backup sandwich and snacks in case of delays. Had no problems.

Unlikely. But dont worry you can buy $10 sandwiches in the terminal.
