Hi I’m a citizen but once I became a citizen my passport was taken and I haven’t gotten the US citizen passport , I’ll be traveling out of the country . Do I bring my US citizen certificate as proof ? Or what should I bring ?

You need a US passport i think, citizenship wont help you enter another country

You must absolutely not travel without your passport. Postpone your trip until you have your passport back.
