You are already inside the USA, internally there is no such revision, except when you come from Free territories associated with the USA such as: Puerto Rico, Islands of Guam, Virgin Islands, among others.
If you pass immigration, withdraw your luggage, pass customs control and check your luggage again with the airline again.
