Can someone please make sure the yellow taxi's have working windshield wipers and working air conditioning?The one I used yesterday had neither,as windows fogged up the driver tried to see the road as best he could.

All yellow are only serviced to road safety if there is a personal safety issue the cabs driver and license number are on visual display
