My baggage coming from AI 191Mumbai to EWR did not reach and as yet my bags have not yet been delivered. The update shows bags have been delivered. Whom do I contact to check about this.

There's an office by the baggage claim. If you're luggage didn't show up, you need to talk to the people in that office and they can find out where it is and set up a way for you to get it.
