Hi, I’m holding US B1 Visa and traveling from Costa Rica to India, my connecting flight is in Newark airport with long layover. Can I go out of the airport terminal and again board the flight in next terminal. Thanks!

I am an immigration Attorney, and to answer your question: Yes, of course, since you have a Visa, you are allowed to be in any part of the US for the preauthorized period of time.
