I have an emergency and new to flight to Orlando FL. From New Jersey my question is I only have a city I'd sue to lost all my I'd and social birth certificate so please can I get on a plane with a city I'd from city hall and proof of address

No you cannot with the real ID and everything that's going on no. my suggestion is get you a passport that will probably be easier as far as documentation goes. I don't have a real ID but I have a passport and that gets me anywhere I need to go when it comes to flying.
