Who is respons for luggage if I used two different Airlines? From Miami to Newwark NY operated by JetBlue and from NY should be LOT to Poland. My luggage stuck in NY. JetBlue said that LOT is respons for the luggage?

If you booked them separately then you are responsible. If you booked them together then the airline will move them from plane to plane.

I would suggest you to go to baggage claim or call the airline who initially was handling your luggage.
