If you are usa permanent resident or american citizen you don't need passport to fly from any usa aorport to any usa airport
As long as your driving licence is current that's all you need for a domestic flight.
If you are a US citizen I suppose not but it is better that you ask at a police station so that they can give you options in this regard.
