They have jars, and little packets of year. Ask the bakery if they have such that they might use, if do, then Publix may be able to special order it for you. Public ha long had a policy if they don't stock it, but if they can get it, they will order it for you. Good luck, I hope you can find what you are looking for.
They have the flesman packages and loose and the blocks the block yeast is refrigerated
I haven't personally seen him but if you ask somebody they will order it for you and call you when it get there
