You can buy the tickets at the Glendale Greyhound bus station as far as the times that the buses leave you'll either have to check the web site or ask the attendant. That way you will get the best way to get the correct time of when the buses will leave.
You can buy any ticket they sell at the Glendale station. I don't work for Greyhound, you can use the greyhound trip planner online and it will give you all the scheduled departures. You can also purchase your ticket online on the same site
