Do they help when the dog is sick my german shepherd has ear hematoma n I don't have much money to pay the vet anyone know what can I do or where to go that is not that expensive please help!!

They don't offer vet services there. You can try Az Humane society. I know their prices are reasonable and offer low cost vet services.
