You can call 602-506-PETS to schedule an appointment. $75 for dogs and cats that are owned. $96 for stray cats. I'm not sure if they have resumed surrendering yet due to the recent outbreak that they had. You can also reach out to www.halorescue.org or www.aawl.org for owner surrender. Both are great places.
