Yes they where. I believe they are always open on there scheduled days. Wednesday nights and Saturday and Sundays. I'm not sure if they still are but I know poeple use to go Friday mornings early. If they are it's more Luke a garage sale and spaces I think are cheaper if you have stuff to sale.
