Hi Mr Anderson. I am a volunteer with the Partnership. If you can call the office during the week you will be asked a few questions about the tyoe of assistance you are seeking. Then a counselor will call you back to review optiins with you and answer any questions you have.
You have to phone them to get an appointment. I don't think they monitor this site. They are a community organization and probably don't even know about this site but their phone number is listed or you can Google it
