Oakridge does not have a concierge desk but if you're looking to purchase gift cards, you can purchase them at the Management Office, located next to Raider Image.
It's through a door by the the Raiders Store. It's set back several feet down a corridor. Very inconspicuous. Then you take the stairs or elevator up to, I think, the third floor.
